BSH Racing returns home after strong IKWC run (August 12th)
The biggest event on the BSH Racing calendar is now in the books, and after 5 days in Phoenix, Arizona the team returns with a very strong showing. The team finished tied for 4th in the team standings with the two other premier U.S. based teams (GO FAST Energy Drink, Team 333/Canada), but after the tie breakers finished 7th. In driver's points both drivers made the top 25 IKWC Grand Prix Final, with Mike Smith finishing as highest American and 5th in the world, while IKWC rookie Steve Pepka finished as 5th American and 18th in the world. Team drivers Tony Hana and Lon S. Bromley also had strong runs, scoring top 5's and fastest laps of the race as well. Unfortunately, bad luck struck both drivers, with strong runs ending in broken karts, and traffic issues plaguing them all weekend long.
